Recently retired from my role as Associate Director for International Partnerships and Market Development in the Center for International Education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. For my doctorate, I conducted research focused on information behavior in the college search process, exploring how high school students use social media/online resources to make college decisions in an environment of information overload.
