About Tracy Cherrington

With 38 years of experience in Financial Services, including 23 years in Asset Management, I bring substantial executive expertise from roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. My professional background is firmly grounded in operations, strengthened by strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on governance and risk management. Over an 8-year period as an Executive Board Director, I also chaired both a Holding Company Board and the Executive Committee of the operating company. In addition to my corporate achievements, I serve as Chair of the Board or Trustees for Age UK Wandsworth and the Operating & Quality Committee. I am also a Member of the Finance & Resources Committee. Age UK Wandsworth supports older and disabled individuals in the Borough. I am a Trustee for Richmond Borough Mind and a Member of the Finance & Risk Committee. Richmond Borough Mind provides guidance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges and their carers in the Borough. After stepping down from my executive career in 2022, I have developed my Charity Chair and Trustee roles through 2023/24. I am now exploring new opportunities, particularly in Non-Executive positions, where I can leverage my expertise to drive strategic decision-making, strengthen governance, and contribute to organisational success.
