About Tracy Clare

At heart a commercial, high energy, outcome focused, tenacious person with a warm heart that values fairness and cares about people (and dogs) and have worked in the charitable, retail, entertainment, manufacturing and engineering sectors. Lucky to have worked with amazing people and FTSE 100 organisations throughout my career working globally and locally; culminating in managing a global training business for 10 years before returning to the fold of a corporate environment. My key motivator is to add value to people's growth and enjoyment in their working lives in a meaningful and impactful way. At the foundation of this motivator sits an internal need to contribute to organisation success whether that be financial and/or societal impact. I've led highly successful talent and leadership development and change programmes and dabbled in corporate social responsibility by launching the first UK recycling scheme for ink jet cartridges via cause related marketing. I am not embarrassed to admit I also spearheaded the pick up your dog poo campaign in my early 20's before poo bins ever existed! I've been fortunate to learn from everyone I have worked with and very much value being part of a team.
