About Tracy Clark

I have worked in the holiday industry for 24 years, starting out as a Administration Manager, I worked my way up to becoming a General Manager, I have knowledge of all departments, can and will turn my hand to anything and certainly not afraid to get my hands dirty, whilst delegation is important, it is equally important that I show my team that I am prepared to carry out any task that I may ask of them. I started my journey as a General Manager on 1st October 2021 following a successful hold at a much larger park in Kent. I take everything in my stride simply because you can not stop the inevitable, only overcome the obstacles by looking for solutions and not focusing on the problem. I have always enjoyed my time on Parks as no two days are ever the same, I did step out of the business for a year but I soon come back as the grass isn’t always greener and there really is no other career quite like the holiday industry.
