I’m a customer-facing Implementation Project Manager who delivers mid-to-enterprise SaaS rollouts with a communicator’s sensibility. I translate messy technical requirements into clear, executable plans—gathering requirements, driving customer success, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating go-lives and support so everyone knows what to expect. This includes partnering with sales, account management, product owners and SMEs on integrations and APIs to keep systems talking and data flowing. I manage the process to create statements of work and contracts, coordinating with legal, procurement and vendors to finalize agreements. Timelines and tasks are tracked in Microsoft Project, Wrike, Smartsheet, Monday.com and Asana. CRM platforms and Microsoft Teams are primary customer and collaboration tools.
