About Tracy Collins

I’m a SHRM-CP certified HR Generalist who’s passionate about building thoughtful, efficient people processes that make work better for everyone. At Precision Medicine, I manage core HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, performance management, compliance, and total rewards, while partnering with leadership to strengthen engagement and culture. Since joining, I’ve led the rollout of a new HRIS platform, redesigned our onboarding and orientation programs, and developed a performance management framework that supports consistent feedback, goal alignment, and professional growth. I also oversee total rewards initiatives, from open enrollment and HSA coordination to employee education and vendor communication. I enjoy bringing structure and clarity to complex processes so employees feel supported and informed from day one. Before moving into HR, I spent several years in education and training, where I developed strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills that now shape my HR approach. I blend empathy with strategy to balance the needs of both employees and the business. I’m excited to keep growing in People Operations roles where I can continue driving engagement, process improvement, and culture.
