I am a Human Resources Director at Health Center Partners of Southern California (HCPSC), where I lead the HR and talent management functions for a network of community health centers that serve over patients annually. I have more than 25 years of experience in HR, with a statistics degree from Columbia University. My core competencies include developing and implementing HR policies and programs that align with the organization's mission and goals, and support its diverse and inclusive culture. I collaborate with executive leadership to define key performance indicators, research and develop competitive compensation and benefits packages, provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. I also leverage my statistics expertise to analyze HR data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. I am passionate about enhancing employee engagement, retention, and performance, and empowering staff and executives with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
