With 40 years of experience in healthcare management and administration, I am a Certified Professional Medical Executive. who leads the dental operations and ancillary services at Central Ozarks Medical Center (COMC). In this role, I oversee the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the dental clinics, as well as the integration of other services such as lab, radiology, pharmacy, and behavioral health. I also leverage my expertise in electronic health records (EHR), healthcare information technology (HIT), and revenue cycle management to optimize the billing, coding, and documentation processes and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Previously, I was the Executive Director Business Office and Director Revenue Strategy and Enhancement at Jordan Valley Community Health Center, where I managed the business office operations, revenue enhancement initiatives, and payer contracts for a multi-specialty clinic serving over patients visits per year. I am passionate about improving access to quality and affordable healthcare for underserved and rural populations, and I bring a collaborative, innovative, and patient-centered approach to my work. I am always eager to learn new skills, adopt best practices, and contribute to the mission and vision of COMC.
