My journey began with Cigna/Equicor, where I spent 7 years honing my skills in data entry, claims processing, and claims adjudication. During this time, I focused on improving claims accuracy and efficiency, developing a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in benefits administration. At AT & T, I further advanced as a Senior Contract Sourcing Specialist, managing vendor relationships and sourcing for wireless cell site maintenance across an extensive network. My expertise lies not only in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget but also in building collaborative relationships that foster mutual success and growth. Throughout my career, I've remained committed to excellence in team leadership, staff mentoring, and employee training. I firmly believe in empowering teams and fostering open communication to achieve operational efficiency and create lasting value for the organization. Beyond my corporate career, I am also passionate about entrepreneurship and community service. In 2018, I launched a small business and became a mobile notary public, allowing me to leverage my skills in new, meaningful ways. I also enjoy channeling my creativity by offering personalized, rhinestone-embellished products to clients through my business. Now I am ready for new challenges, I am eager to bring my experience in vendor management, project leadership, and healthcare claims expertise to roles where I can make a meaningful impact, whether through consulting or new ventures.
