About Tracy Depedro

Dedicated Career Services professional with a passion for working with students regarding career and professional development with an emphasis on experiential learning. I have had the opportunity to manage mandatory credited Internship and Experiential Learning programs in my current position at Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) as well as my tenure at Delaware Valley College. During my time at DelVal, our team developed a new mandatory Experiential Learning Program which has been implemented college wide. Under my leadership, this experience was a collaborative process with faculty, staff, and administration focusing on the strategic vision for the college. My ability to forge strong relationships with faculty, staff, and students has increased the visibility and creativity of our career programming and services. Creating strong employer relations programs during my experience in higher education and the corporate university recruiting has been a strength and passion throughout my career as well.
