About Tracy Eagan

With over 15 years of Administrative office experience, I am passionate about helping people, animals and the planet. My ideal position would enable me to bring my extensive Administrative skills to benefit causes in which I believe. In my current position at Yolo Hospice/YoloCares, I frequently work independently on projects, often under time pressures, where I demonstrate excellent time-management skills. I perform audits on every level of clinical and administrative tasks conducted by staff. I am responsible for timely uploading of data to third-party vendors for Medicare-mandated data submissions. I conduct analyses of reports generated by our Electronic Medical Records system, Netsmart. I perform administrative functions in Netsmart, such as editing assessment templates and creating new staff service codes. I educate staff on the use of the EMR and assist them with computer problems in Netsmart, as well as with the Microsoft Suite of programs. I set up Committee meetings and Record Committee Meeting minutes. A critical aspect of my job is to monitor changes to the regulatory aspects of our company, and report these to my supervisor. I create auditing plans to monitor our performance on Quality Measures. I create and present Power Point educational sessions for staff regarding Quality issues. I am a self-motivated, conscientious worker with strong planning, organizational and relationship-building skills. I am dependable and professional with excellent written and oral communication skills, and am highly skilled at Microsoft Suites. I have extensive experience working in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision, while maintaining high standards for my work.
