My skill-set and inflight industry /Crisis Intervention advocacy expertise are comprehensive and up-to-date. Crew and passenger safety is always a top priority. I do follow customer service procedures and insure they are completed efficiently. I am a focused team player/builder and mentor to support the mission/philanthropy together. I have extensive experience in quality customer service and hospitality; skilled in resolving conflicts through proactive communication. I am "Highly" organized and time management proficient as supported by my 100% Reliability Rating. I am confident that my skills as a Certified FAA Flight Attendant are well-aligned with any mainline or regional company standards. I focus on and strive to be an excellent fit both inflight and on the ground. I make it my top priority to see that FAA Regulations and standardized policies are aligned and compliant both inflight and on the ground involving all passengers and crew. As a Retired Military Spouse and Mother of 4 girls, I am a very motivated individual, task-oriented, flexible, resiliency trained and efficient in all goals met. I strive to deliver quality work in a timely manner. Remaining focused on supporting my team members/crew as we collaboratively strive to promote and foster; Safety and Health First, Excellent Service and Quality, Personal and Operational Reliability, Fairness and Consistency, Personal and Corporate Integrity in a positive manner currently as an FAA certified flight attendant.
