About Tracy Fraser

I am results driven and love to be challenged. Change is part of who I am not something I dread. Today's technology requires you to learn something new at all times, this can better your job performance and be more efficient for yourself and your employer. Always striving to find ways to do my job better and feel I have great people skills which is great in the Human Resource and Operation Management field. My personal goals at this time is to finish my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management with a minor in Accounting, so I can further my career. I am Christ and family centered and that makes me an even more valuable employee because honesty and integrity is important to me. I love camping (glamping) with my family, relaxing by water, and walking my Doberman. In 2017 I jogged the Chicago Marathon for charity, with no prior experience, trained for 8 months and completed that goal. That was one of the most rewarding experiences in my life besides my marriage and children. Now I am working towards my career goals by finishing my education which has already began to pay off!
