About Tracy Garza

Tracy has lived most of her life in San Diego, and understands the attraction people of all ages have to this beautiful city. She has extensive knowledge of Rancho Bernardo and 4S Ranch, as a long-time resident of these communities. As a Realtor however, she is not limited to these areas and has an appreciation for all that San Diego offers. Her prior professional experience has revolved around working with the public, most recently in the flooring/interior design industry. Her talents and passion, combined with her ability to build rapport through understanding and responsiveness to clients’ needs, create the opportunity for an ideal relationship with buyers, sellers and investors. Both she and her husband/partner, Jesse Garza, share a can-do attitude and offer to others the high level of respect and dependability that they themselves expect and appreciate. In addition to real estate, Tracy maintains a full and satisfying schedule spending time with family and friends. She is also a member of the Rancho Bernardo Business Association, the 2018-19 Honorary Mayor of Rancho Bernardo, a member of the Los Rancheros Kiwanis Club and an Independent Damsel Pro for Damsel in Defense, a company that is centered around women’s safety. In addition, Tracy is involved in a local elementary school as a room mom and volunteer, and as a lifelong animal lover, considers her weekly volunteer work at Helen Woodward Animal Center her “spa time.”
