With proficient skills in teaching and sharing knowledge in academic, vocational programs and health, I have realised that the power is in engaging with people to allow them to rediscover themselves and LIFT them up to achieve their goals. My love of presenting and sharing information with others is exciting and my own goals in both my personal and professional life is to make people think differently therefore allowing new opportunities and thought processes to present themselves. I am the former owner of two highly successful inner city health clubs that were in operation in the early This was done in partnership with my husband, Roger Gott. In 2010 both clubs were sold. My enthusiasm will encourage you to participate with me where you will find yourself answering me as if we were having a conversation, just the two of us. I have partnered with Healthways, Bankwest, SNAP Printing, Highbury Homes and The City of Belmont presenting seminars and keynote speeches on wellness, mind and body connection, pain management and healthy eating.
