The glue that holds everyone together, the go-to if someone has a question or needs an answer, the herder of cats, that’s me. I love finding solutions to problems, in fact I excel at it. Some years ago I learned that I truly enjoy making people’s lives easier. Creating process, finding efficiencies, seeing people and businesses grow, building teams, makes me happy. Through many years of working as a project manager I have become known for my reliability and enthusiasm for delivering projects on time and on budget. Not only that, I excel at managing team dynamics, communicating with stakeholders, and efficiently handling project lifecycles. I welcome challenges and actively seek new opportunities to guide teams to success. I have been apart of the growth of small companies helping to take them to the next level. I approach obstacles with enthusiasm, innovative thinking, and in a pragmatic way, inspiring my colleagues with fresh perspectives. I see value in different perspectives, ideas and believe that there are always 2 sides to every story. At the end of the day I support my teams goals as if they were my own. I will work my hardest to help others learn and grow and understand the importance of having my own voice.
