My passion for building an inspired and engaged workforce is supported by a demonstrated ability to balance strategic objectives with the needs of the people that will drive success beyond expectations. As a leader my responsibilities intersected across all People Experience platforms. A champion of change and a mentor for growth, all L&D activities were linked to the overall employee experience, attracting, retaining and fostering growth. My belief is that leaders are those who can influence outcomes. Leaders are agile, respectful and courageous. These capabilities, along with a welcoming view of change and a keen sense of curiosity, have allowed me to drive initiatives that reinforce and strengthen an organization’s culture, values, and mission, as well as foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity through learning experiences. I excel in creating tailored learning experiences that empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential. With a deep understanding of adult learning principles and a track record of designing effective training programs, I bring a strategic approach to skill development that drives tangible results for both individuals and organizations. I find joy in keeping physically fit by working out regularly with a personal trainer, hiking, running and playing pickleball.
