When starting a development journey with my team or employees, my first question is "Who (or what) do you want to be when you grow up?" Remarkably, this question doesn't demand an immediate answer. Instead, it serves as a compass, guiding you towards the passion discovered in pursuit of your best self. Passion about what you do every day should be the motivating force that propels you out of bed each morning. My passion? Helping others find theirs. I have had the pleasure of spearheading talent management organizations, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and learning organizations. My journey has been defined by a deep commitment to cultivating the best in individuals and organizations through learning and development. Throughout my career, I've successfully crafted and implemented comprehensive programs including onboarding, skills training, succession planning, talent development, and leadership programs within diverse global corporate landscapes. My career started in operations gave me the focus to ensure that my strategic learning approaches were grounded in operational implementation.(Learning is fun but seeing it in action is the best!) My track record speaks to my ability to formulate effective strategies, streamline processes, design impactful curricula, oversee systems and develop processes that elevate employee skills, performance, satisfaction, engagement, and workforce retention. I can confidently say I don't do this alone. The more I can strategically partner with stakeholders and seek out and capitalize on voices of change, the better the solution will be. My driving force is a genuine passion for development and a profound desire to empower others to become their best selves.
