About Tracy Heldt

To build meaningful connections, support growth and continually seek knowledge and experience.Dedicated to shaping environments which inspire a love of learning, a thirst to discover, a sense of creativity and adventure and which offer personal connection and enjoyment. I greatly value working in school cultures which cultivate habits of mind that enable young people to face a changing future with calmness, confidence and resilience. Fundamental to my leadership is empowering teaching teams with a collective purpose and direction which embraces diversity, collaboration and striving for personal excellence. My commitment to using current research and academic data to shape and build innovative pedagogy ensures that educators develop shared understandings which underpin their practice. I bring personal strengths of responsibility, relationship building, decisiveness and value harmony and balance. Problems are viewed as opportunities to explore options. Coupled with a deep understanding of education, leading and learning, I am uniquely positioned to make a meaningful contribution to a junior school community. I value opportunities to work with children and their families and firmly believe that together we can create a vibrant future filled with possibility.
