About Tracy Jonassen

My passion to learn is limitless. From the onset of entering the field of water treatment I have strived to place myself in highly dynamic and challenging operating situations. With a half dozen facility retrofits and start ups in two decade career, success and failure have given me a wealth of operational knowledge. Each experience building upon the next has given me skill sets in waste water treatment, potable water treatment and boiler water treatment. It is my goal to utilize my specialized training, education and experience that will continue to expand my knowledge base and challenge me further within the water treatment industry. Specialties: After multiple plant start ups and retrofits in diverse industries I have developed the ability to quickly assess process and control strengths and weaknesses. This specialized experience has helped me to develop dynamic operational and management strategies that are often outside the box. My goal is to make it so simple that it makes the complicated obsolete.
