About Tracy Keller

I started working with Maverick Tube corporation in 1997. Maverick Tube was purchased by Tenaris in Dec 2006. I have had several titles. Have been through many changes over the years and through several economic downturns, but have been able to handle it. Our team was at one time 7 people, but now we are 1. I am the senior technician. We handle day to day support for the enterprise system here, including Office 2016 (Moving to office 365). Deal with security solutions including SSA Certificates and Active Directory groups, etc. Have been managing networks for several years at the local level, not so much routers, but L2 and L3 Cisco switches, wireless controllers, and access points. My troubleshooting techniques have improved greatly over the years. I also have managed several projects from total infrastructure upgrades to VOIP implementation, including switch configurations to allow VOICE and Data across POE switches.
