Tracy has a strong track record and over 35 years experience in affordable housing development, as both officer and board member and at director level for the past 15 years. Enjoys finding creative and commercial solutions to difficult problems and creating an environment where people can feel valued. She thrives on change, including finding new ways to improve product offerings and services for customers. Technical skills are enhanced by good listening and team management skills, including finding ways to drive quality and innovation. Specialist areas include joint ventures, large scale mixed use development and regeneration and change management. Areas of management responsibility in addition to development for both affordable and private rent and sale, have included new business and sales, property maintenance and asset management.
