Photo Editor with 14 years of professional experience. Most recently, I've been working freelance with my Commercial Photographer, Michelle @ MPG Creatives. Working with clients like; Wyld Canna, Yala, BOGS Footwear, Danner, Wolverine World, Merrell, Sperry, Saucony, Keds, & Pro-Keds. My role includes; assisting with seasonal campaign releases, pre-production planning, location scouting, model casting, inventory and wardrobe check-in/organize/streaming, day-of production assistant; wardrobe & product stylist, child wrangler/hype person for the kid models we are usually working with, high volume post-production management; check-in, culling and final edits with immediate turn around times to meet deadlines. Before that, I spent 8 1/2 years on the Product Photo Editing team for an E-commerce Company, working with high volumes and daily deadlines. I created and maintained the team's Editing Style Guide, training new team members, keeping standards up-to-date, collaborating with leadership to create new standards where needed, and communicating changes to the team during regular meetings for consistency. I also worked the weekend schedule and often managed the entire team's emails; correcting misses and handling last-minute requests on my own. Working in a Photo Lab of Yuen Lui, retouching family portrait sessions, then managing the special requests & edits area for 9 portrait studios we processed images for, communicating with studios via phone and email, and taking on the most difficult edits and client requests.
