About Tracy Lonstein

Tracy transitioned into the public accounting field in 2016, when she joined Raffa, P.C. as a Staff Accountant. She remained with Raffa for approximately two years where she supported the daily and monthly accounting needs for a portfolio of not-for-profit clients. She was part of a small, internal team dedicated to implementing reconciliations for month-end close activities in Blackline, a financial automation software platform adopted by the firm. In March 2018, Tracy was recruited to Aronson LLC to work in their Outsourced Accounting department, focusing on providing accounting services to government contractor clients. As of December 2018, Tracy returned to Raffa, P.C. which merged with Marcum, LLP, as a Senior Accountant with the Raffa-Marcum Nonprofit and Social Sector Team to again service the outsourced accounting needs of nonprofit clients. Prior to pursuing accounting, Tracy had over 10 years of progressive experience working with local, national and international nonprofit organizations. She oversaw 40 local nonprofit organizations, developing their organizational capacity through coaching and providing advisory services to Boards of Directors and executive leadership on strategy, governance, and operational implementation issues. Tracy led the development of strategic initiatives and national programming to meet organizational deliverables and monitor health and wellness of local affiliates.Tracy obtained her CPA in March 2020.
