About Tracy Mason
I have over 30 years banking experience. I began my career when Servus Credit Union in 2011, however I have had prior experience with ATB Financial from 1986 to 2011. I started on the front line helping understand members/customer needs all while assisting them with their day-to-day transactions. I knew I could do more to help our members and moved through the Financial Advisor roles to an Assistant Branch Manager. In May 2011 I decided to broaden my experience and learning and chose to move to Servus Credit Union where I became a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager I could continue to help members all while mentoring peers and upcoming team members. The following few years I spent in the Branch Management role I decided to take on a new challenge of a Relationship Manager in business banking. I work with many industries and many levels of experience where I can provide financial tools that align with our borrower's needs.
