About Tracy Matley

With over 13 years of experience in counselling, I am a Practice Lead of a multidisciplinary team of Counsellors, case managers and Children’s Contact Services at Interrelate, a leading provider of relationship services in Australia. I lead a team of professionals who deliver high-quality and evidence-based services to support children, families, couples and individuals in various contexts and challenges. My passion is to create safe and supportive environments for children to have a voice, be heard, and thrive in life. I work closely with the systemic family dynamic to foster and enhance harmonious relationships within families, whether they are together or separated. I also design and implement effective and engaging programs that address the needs and goals of our diverse and dynamic clients. My mission is to empower children and families to achieve positive outcomes and well-being.
