About Tracy Matthews

With over 17 years of experience in teaching and curriculum development in various academic disciplines, including health sciences, history, and workforce education, I am pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree at Washburn University School of Law. My goal is to apply my interpersonal, analytical, and team building skills to the practice of Estate Planning, Elder law, Medicaid/Medicare law, and related areas, such as Healthcare Law, guardianship, and adoption. I have a strong background in healthcare and education, having earned a PhD in Adult Education and several certifications, such as Quality Matters Master Reviewer and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I have also taught graduate and undergraduate students at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and other institutions. Additionally, I have worked as summer intern at Kansas Legal Services, Inc. I am passionate about learning, helping others, and finding solutions to complex problems.
