About Tracy Miller

Throughout my career I've gained experience in the managed care and financial services industries. Developing and honing my skills in data analysis, reporting, contract requirements and compliance, business analysis and project management. My mission is to ensure that business processes are aligned with the changing market conditions and process requirements. Delivering accurate and timely internal and external reports and insights used to support cost saving initiatives and member engagement goals. I use SQL, data analysis, and workflow documents to analyze large data sets to identify process improvement opportunities, process deficiencies and issues. Using this information to communicate and drive operational changes cross functionally. I'm eager to use this experience and knowledge to foster organizational and professional growth. Learning new analysis techniques and different ways to utilize available software applications to support this effort and further my professional development.
