About Tracy Miller

As Co-Director and CMO of the award-winning accounting firm Keeping Co. I have the incredible job of guiding the company to become more prominent by showcasing our unique ability to deliver bespoke and innovative solutions. Since I partnered with CEO, Ryan Miller in 2013, Keeping Company has become one of the leading accounting and bookkeeping firms in Australia, delivering bespoke solutions which leverage the cloud. The business has grown fivefold to a team of 20 people, including our team in Vietnam, and we’ve expanded our service offering. We’ve even picked up some awards along the way, including Bookkeeping Firm of the Year in the 2020 Australian Accounting Awards. I am passionate about Keeping Company’s potential to help as many Australian businesses as possible find success. I am committed to continuing to grow the business; most recently, my social media marketing strategy has led to us doubling our social and referral traffic, and we’re forecasting this will continue to grow. My role at Keeping Company follows over a decade-long career as an Executive Buyer for David Jones. In that time, I honed my skills in marketing, brand and product, building a reputation for turning failed departments around and finding more growth in mature areas of the business. I would consistently suggest and implement creative ways to move the business forward and lead the market, which has put me in excellent stead for my current role at Keeping Company. I have a strong business acumen acquired over many years in the corporate world combined with a creative outlook fostered through my background in design. I am adept at juggling priorities, thanks in no small part to the fact that I am a mother of two! In 2017 I became a fellow of The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
