With over 13 years of experience in training and development, I specialize in creating and facilitating engaging training programs and spearheading organization-wide projects and process improvements. My expertise spans client experience, professional development, leadership, sales enablement, operations, and software implementation. Leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports has taught me the value of effective leadership grounded in ambition, courage, vulnerability, integrity, and empathy. Previously, I served as President of the Capital Region Association for Talent Development, and I currently lead the Worship Team at my local church.
