About Tracy Nanquil

Have >10 years of exp in clinical nursing & currently working as a Clinical Practice Educator at The London Clinic. I was the SACT Clinical Practice Facilitator previously in MVCC, Ward Sister in EDGH and a staff nurse in CQ and the rest was from the Philippines. I worked with multidisciplinary team coordinating education, training, and support to all staff and patients.Im not fan of a big fuss and genuinely cherish opportunities where we can join together & find efficient ways in improving or developing colleagues such as with competencies around haematology-oncology nursing, PICC insertion, CVAD care, SACT administration and management, and nursing leadership and development.I finished the Edward Jenner and Stepping Up programmes under NHS Leadership Academy, Windrush Leadership under FNF. I have a few treasures. I am a Student Representative in Bucks.My mission is to be able to continuously contribute together with others who share the same passion for improvement in nursing care practice & make a difference in the lives of cancer patients/their families, being with them and not just for them.
