She has a background in the development of high-end lease-ups and is skilled in all facets of property operations. Tracy excels at formulating and executing resolution strategies for assets, identifying asset value creation, and re-positioning opportunities with staffing plans that are effective toward retention. She also has extensive experience with aspects of marketing, social media trends, due diligence, acquisition, disposition, maintenance, development, and accounting for multifamily housing. Tracy is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She holds the RPM designation from the International Real Estate Institute. She attended Allied School of Real Estate and holds a business degree from Grand Valley State University. Her educational background includes hospitality and tourism management.
