I operate at executive level across policing and the public sector, enabling collaboration across multiple organisations to deliver large-scale, high-impact change.I am particularly effective where collaboration is critical but underdeveloped, bringing clarity, structure and trust to enable organisations to work together effectively. I am known for my ability to engage, influence and lead in high-pressure environments while building inclusive, high-performing teams and maintaining a clear focus on delivery and outcomes.I specialise in leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes where success depends on influence, trust and shared vision as much as technical delivery. I engage effectively with Chief Officers, Senior Responsible Owners (SROs), commercial partners and delivery teams to create alignment and collective ownership of strategic outcomes.Until 2023, I was a senior officer holding a regional Programme Director role across seven police forces (Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Kent and Essex), leading large-scale digital and technical transformation. I also led regional delivery of the £13bn Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP), securing executive buy-in, establishing governance frameworks and aligning interdependent projects across multiple organisations.Following my policing career, I joined the Police Digital Service (PDS), contributing to nationally significant programmes including DLRP, NFLMS and ARIT. This strengthened my ability to operate at a national level, working across forces, suppliers and stakeholders to support complex digital transformation across UK policing.I currently work within NPCC Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT), continuing to lead and coordinate cross-force technical and digital programmes. I ensure strategic alignment while maintaining strong relationships with Chief Officers, national leads and commercial partners, including SaaS providers.Earlier in my career, I held senior operational leadership roles tackling Serious and Organised Crime, leading multi-agency teams across covert operations, digital forensics, cyber investigations and safeguarding. I chaired strategic partnership boards and delivered initiatives such as Serious Violence strategies, bringing together policing, health, local authorities and third sector partners around a shared mission.
