I am an experienced and effective senior NHS Healthcare Business Change Manager and Programme Manager. My detailed understanding of NHS operational process and IM & T systems has enabled me to develop efficient and sustainable change management solutions that have delivered significant financial savings and operational improvements across a number of major transformational programmes and projects. I have extensive operational management experience gained through the direct management of staff and services at business, clinical and administrative level.
