The average person working full time will spend over 80,800 hours at work in their lifetime.80,800. Out of those thousands of hours at work, how many do you spend doing what you do best? This question has been a driving force behind every role I have taken in my career, and the reason I founded Resonate International. There are too many people and teams who are merely "surviving" at work, knowing it can be better, but unsure how to get there. I feel compelled to help them figure out how to bring their natural talents and strengths into their roles, and begin to thrive. Through a strengths approach to coaching, I ensure that you make those work hours count, and that they lead to a challenging and meaningful career that you can look back on with pride and fulfilment. My work with clients includes: • Creating Manager Effectiveness programs to support managers to become better coaches to their employees; • Supporting leaders of remote or virtual teams to increase collaboration and accountability; • Working with individuals or teams to create psychological safety, allowing for higher trust, more collaboration, stronger relationships, and better performance.* Inspiring teams to not only tap into their individual strengths as sources of power and performance, but harness the collective strengths of the team and aim them squarely at their objectives. Working for 10 years in global Learning and Development (with Microsoft) and 6 years in human performance consulting (with Accenture) means that the insights I offer my clients are rooted in personal experience of the global corporate world. I understand that personal, leadership and team development not only has to be beneficial to those involved, it has to benefit business performance.
