After retiring from the Air Force following 20 years of service, I reflect with gratitude on the wealth of experience I gained. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of leading diverse teams, managing complex programs, and adapting to ever-changing environments across the globe. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, foster collaboration, and lead with purpose. They also instilled in me a deep sense of resilience, adaptability, and composure under pressure—qualities that continue to shape my professional journey. I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason and that we are always exactly where we are meant to be. With this mindset, I look forward to applying my leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to new opportunities where I can make a meaningful impact.
