About Tracy Preciado

I help organizations build fearless cultures where people can speak with candor, curiosity, compassion, and confidence. When employees feel safe to be authentic and direct, organizations see less drama, fewer silos, and more collaboration. This translates to stronger teams, higher productivity, and real business impact. Here’s what I solve: • Gossip, drama, and unproductive time → turned into focus and execution. • Workarounds and rework → reduced through clear communication and alignment. • Silos and factions → bridged into high-functioning teams. • Diversity gaps → closed by fostering true inclusion and belonging. With over a decade of experience in coaching, facilitation, and organizational design, I’ve led retreats, created custom coaching methodologies, and delivered workshops that help leaders and teams overcome fear and unlock their best work. My expertise in emotional intelligence, change management, and communication has positioned me as both a Fear Slayer and trusted partner for leaders navigating transformation. I remind organizations that fearlessness isn’t a personality trait — it’s a choice. My mission is to help people and companies make that choice, every day.
