I strive to make every customer satisfied with the level of service they have received and make them want to return. I am comfortable speaking on the phone or in person with customers, guests, or clients. Empathy is a strong suit of mine, and I listen to people to hear and anticipate their needs. In my range of work experience as restaurant team members and management, retail sales and management, inside advertising sales, and various other jobs, I have learned a diverse set of skills.
