About Tracy Richards

Senior specialist and program leader with a successful track record of enabling enterprise innovation. As a champion of employee development, and life-long learner, I bring over ten years of experience implementing both divisional and enterprise-wide transformations. I am both a strategist and implementer of large-scale programs with a focus on the people side of enabling change for lasting improvement. Throughout my career I have led the vision, design and implementation of complex strategies for a global industry-leading financial services firm. My roles have included technical and non-technical projects with increasing program responsibilities from divisional, multi-divisional, and enterprise. As my responsibilities expanded, the opportunity to learn new products, services or business areas allowed me to gain both depth and breath in impact. I leverage my experience in product management, program leadership, design thinking, Agile, Six Sigma/Lean, and change leadership achieving lasting results. I enjoy the challenges offered through high-impact programs where I learn, experiment, and scale to enable customer, employee and corporate success.
