I am passionate about marketing and people. I have over 25 years experience in financial services and enjoy working at a strategic level, shaping how the brand and the people within the organisation align to drive exceptional outcomes for clients. I have a strong commercial approach and pride myself on developing high performing teams. I am particularly attracted to working in businesses with a growth agenda where I can use my problem solving skills, experience and expertise to find creative solutions. I have worked across numerous disciplines including brand development and management, campaign development, digital marketing, event management, PR and communications. I am also an ambassador for driving internal marketing programmes to develop a healthy, engaged workplace culture. I am proud to have worked for some incredible companies and with some amazing marketers.
