I am deeply passionate about taking a holistic approach to build supportive and inclusive environments and experiences with all I interact with. I proactively seek learning and growth opportunities to improve both my human and technical skill sets. I actively participate in various communities of practice, to further expand my exposure to diverse thinking and networking opportunities. I have diverse experience across the transport portfolio, which has built my comprehensive corporate knowledge and networks across the business and with stakeholder groups. Utilising the diversity of knowledge from across my portable network of contracts, enables me to continuously build and improve my skills to deliver quality outcomes for the Queensland community. Over the past 15 years I have dedicated my career to becoming a high performing policy and project implementation specialist. I have led change in complex policy areas including heavy vehicles, vehicle standards, personalised transport, camera enforcement and vulnerable road user safety. I have a track record of quality outcomes and a commitment to continuous improvement. My strong communication skills and transferability of skills enable me to rapidly acquire knowledge in new subject areas. Along with a range of tools such as OneDrive, Planner and Teams, my time management, project and policy skills enable me to agilely interchange between priorities to deliver quality results and enable inter-operability between team members.
