About Tracy Senf

Over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of federal and state tax incentive programs, including low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, historic rehabilitation tax credits, commercial real estate, real estate investment funds, new markets tax credits and renewable energy programs. As a vice president in the development finance division, I structure and underwrite economically integrated, mixed-finance, LIHTC and historic tax credit investments. Working across all company projects, creating financial structures, managing the financial and legal aspects of the financial closing, and overseeing the close-out process upon project completion. Working closely with individual project managers, maintaining a portfolio of development financial models, prepares various state and federal regulatory filings and applications, represents project finance in meetings with city and state housing and finance agencies, negotiates with lenders and equity providers, works with accounting staff, interfaces with outside legal and financial experts, and acts as a member of the closing team.Prior to joining McCormack Baron Salazar, I was a partner at RubinBrown, a large certified public accounting and business consulting firm, focusing on real estate development consulting, real estate audits, and financial audits. I hold a master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Maryville University. I am a Certified Public Accountant.
