About Tracy Singleton Roberts

I have over 20 years of experience working with people in outside sales, marketing and volunteer coordination. My success lies with my innate ability to develop a quick rapport and trust, both with fellow employees, clients and volunteers. Currently, I'm a Volunteer Coordinator for a non-profit hospice agency covering areas in SC and NC. I oversee approximately 100 active volunteers. My role includes volunteer recruitment and training, managing Volgistics, assigning volunteers to patients and other tasks, participating in care plan team meetings and documenting on patient charts. I also conduct speaking engagements within the community regarding hospice and palliative care services. These groups include: churches, civic organizations, Veterans, libraries, schools and corporations. Previously, I worked in membership development for a NC credit union. I was fortunate to have worked both in the field as an officer and as a manager of the team. I learned several exciting new skills working in the credit union movement. I also gained experience with volunteers which helped to secure my current role with hospice volunteering. Prior to working for the credit union, I called on primary care providers, specialists, hospitals and long-term care facilities in both the healthcare/pharmaceutical sales industry.
