About Tracy Smith Brady

I have been licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and North Carolina for the past 6 and 1/2 years. I have spent time working in the following settings: Acute care, Trauma, Skilled care, outpatient, Pediatrics, and Home Health. I enjoy seeing patients go from point A to point Z and all the milestones they pass along the way. I enjoy helping patients become as independent as possible regardless of disability or commorbidity. I have been fortunate to have obtained my career goal of being a Director of Rehab Services (Therapy) since Summer of 2012. I currently direct a wonderful staff of 13 (6 full time, 7 prn) in a 112-bed nursing facility in the rural town of Salem, WV in Harrison county. Long term strategic plan for 5-7 years down the road is to obtain my state Nursing Home Administrators license. I can truly say I enjoy every aspect of my job and the creativity and opportunity it allows for me to better the lives of others.
