I started my career in Operations doing everything from processing, underwriting, closing & audits then onto the Originations sector where it became even more fun! I have a passion for assisting the borrowers throughout the process and believe that on the originations side I can truly guide them through a very simple yet realistic mortgage process. Whether it be a refinance or the purchase of a first home; it is very satisfying knowing that I have just presented an honest & straight forward loan. I fully listen to my clients needs and financial goals ~ I let them make their decisions based on what they want not what I want. I take the extra step with my clients whether it be during business hours or in the evening when they might be fretting about something that they don't need to be worrying about ~ I am available for my clients days, nights & weekends! No question is worth worrying about to any buyer in today's ever changing market. I am a Purchase and Jumbo Loan/Advanced Degree/ Construction Specialist and I take great pride in my ability to communicate effectively with all parties throughout the transaction. I treat all of my clients as a First Time Homebuyer educating my clients in all aspects of their mortgage so that they can make the best informed decision for their family now and in the future. I am fully knowledgeable in IHDA programs, condos, 203k, Construction & Renovation Lending, VA, Portfolio Lending, Mortgage Credit Counseling, Doctor Programs, Jumbo Mortgages, Investment Property, Second Homes, vacation homes ~ I also do several training programs for the Realtor and homebuyer community.Lending in all states across the USA.
