She has a diverse skillset portfolio which includes strategy and policy, investment planning and treasury, program management, people leadership, intelligence and analytics, stakeholder engagement and corporate governance. Tracy has held roles in both the private and public sectors, working across a range of industries including transport and infrastructure, property, financial services and the resource sector. Tracy is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a UWA Bachelor of Commerce Triple Majoring in Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting and Management Accounting.Tracy previously managed and delivered transport infrastructure investment proposals for the State Recovery Plan and Federal Government Stimulus; program management of State-wide Property Valuation Programs (portfolio coverage worth multi-billion dollars) for WA State Government; managed a syndicated financing facility towards a $100 million, as well as managed insurance bond coverage for mining projects and working capital management for ASX-listed mining companies. Tracy has acted as the conduit between Transport Portfolio, Treasury, Federal Government and State Government stakeholders for transport infrastructure investment proposals for the State Recovery Plan and Federal Stimulus. She has also done the same in the private sector and managed key stakeholder relationships between the banks, financial institutions and mining companies and also contributed financial information for the winning tender of the ($1.8 billion) Roy Hill Project lead contract. Additionally, Tracy also managed successful delivery of insurance bond coverage for this project within 7 days signing of the contract, compared to the 28 day industry average turnaround.Tracy previously sat on the Innovation Board at Landgate which is the governance panel that makes strategic decisions on all innovation project funding proposals. Landgate was awarded 19th Most Innovative Organisation in Australia and NZ at the 2018 Australian Financial Review (AFR) Most Innovative Company awards - the highest rank for any Government agency to date.Tracy combines her strong and diverse skill set with natural leadership qualities to leverage synergies and mutual goals, garnering stakeholder confidence to bring the strongest value proposition to the table.
