About Tracy Terrantroy

Part of a global team, I am responsible for Managing the APAC Solutions Desk Team to operationally support deal management for the Customer Success Group (CSG)'Assurance Services' products. We provide deal review for various items such as profitability, compliant and risk adverse terms and conditions, staffing alignment, solution structure and cost estimates. My team helps to improve and optimise current global deal management policies and processes, provide guidance to product teams as to deal status and offerings, maintain visibility into targets, forecasts, standard cost updates, price list analysis and recommendations and create and maintain reporting and dashboards for Business Desk. I work closely with Services Account Partners, Sales Account Executives and all levels of management and many other parts of the business such as Sales Operations and Rev Rec. I regularly collaborate with our legal team to create and review special quoting terms required for contractuals and with Business Operations and Rev Rec for internal approvals.
