Throughout my career at Credit Suisse, UBS, and other financial institutions, I’ve resolved regulatory challenges, restructured operations and built inclusive cultures, all guided by data and analysis for maximum impact. Beyond executive leadership, I bring a board-level perspective as a current Non-Executive Director for both Time Finance (AIM-listed funding provider) and NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services. My board contributions have supported transformation journeys, enhanced governance frameworks, and fostered healthy cultures across a diverse range of organisations.
