Current: Work with builders to manage turn around of ground up builds and develop scopes of work for remodels of homes to be gifted mortgage free to veterans across the country. Work closely with veterans and their families to facilitate a smooth turnover. Help coordinate ceremonies and events with local governments, veteran organizations, media, contractors, developers, and builders with a commitment to better the lives of heroes and first responders. Developed and presented plan to National Director of Construction resulting in year-over-year (YOY) annual savings of $250,00 per year. Plan was implemented nationwide for additional savings. Secure and manage contractors for implementation of maintenance requirements needed until a scope and sequence is determined. Serve as Property Manager to ensure initial and quarterly maintenance inspections met quality standards set for gifting homes. Past: Automate and streamline ordering process utilizing NetSuite to accommodate rapid growth for up to products ordered daily. Conduct process efficiency and cost reduction analysis to maximize inventory ordering, processing, turn rate, and shipment. Reduce the internal and external lead time for procurement of items. Analyze market trends based on different client demands, historical data, and quarterly revenue reports. Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure inventory turn rates and fill rates met company standards.
