About Tracy Wyman

A biological anthropologist by training, I am very interested in the science behind the how and why of human and animal behaviour, and specifically, sharing what I have learned with others. I have strong interpersonal skills and strive for harmony in my life and with those around me. I believe that there is always a source of fun and enjoyment in every situation; therefore, I try to provide levity when working in teams. My education and lifetime learning have contributed greatly to my work life. This combination of learning and understanding human behaviour has provided me with many opportunities to demonstrate the following qualities on the job. I am a creative problem solver with an ability to see the big picture, while at the same time, I can focus on details, quality results, and great customer service. I am a resourceful team member who contributes knowledge and skills by consistently learning new methods, systems, and programs to help instruct others – in essence, a navigator. I am a very empathetic person who strives to build harmony, cooperation, and participation with my colleagues, and I strongly believe that this is only possible through consistent and effective communication.
